Who we are

This website, mck-fpv.com, is operated by MinChan Kim ("MCK FPV"). MinChan Kim is the data controller for any personal data collected through this site.

What data we collect

We only collect personal data when you voluntarily submit the contact form on this site. The form collects:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your company or organisation (optional)
  • The purpose of your enquiry (e.g. Sponsorship, Press, Coaching)
  • Your message

We do not use cookies, analytics tools, or any tracking technologies on this site. No data is collected from visitors who do not submit the contact form, beyond the standard request metadata (such as IP address) processed by our hosting provider and any third-party services that serve content on the page — see "Who we share it with" below.

Why we collect it

The information you submit is used solely to read and respond to your enquiry. The legal basis for processing is legitimate interests — specifically, responding to a message you chose to send us.

Who we share it with

Contact form submissions are processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form-handling service. Web3Forms acts as a data processor on our behalf and forwards your submission to our email inbox. Their privacy policy is available at web3forms.com/privacy.

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes request metadata (including IP addresses) to deliver content and protect the site against abuse. See cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

The video gallery on this site loads thumbnail images from YouTube (Google LLC). Loading these thumbnails causes your browser to make a request to Google, which may log your IP address and other request metadata. We do not embed YouTube's video player on this site, so YouTube does not set tracking cookies. See policies.google.com/privacy.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties.

International transfers

Some of the third-party services described above (including Cloudflare and Google) operate globally and may process data outside your country of residence, including in the United States. These providers maintain appropriate safeguards for such transfers in accordance with applicable data protection law.

How long we keep your data

We retain your message in our email inbox for as long as reasonably necessary to handle your enquiry. Web3Forms' own retention periods are described in their privacy policy. You may request deletion at any time (see below).

Your rights
